Problem in Egypt, can you help ?
I bought a bein sports receiver from Saudi Arabia but I didn't use it, or set it up, as before I could, my work took me to Egypt. In Egypt, bein sports customer service informs me that I cannot subscribe to the bein service with a receiver from Saudi Arabia.
What can I do now, please help ?

beIN Sports dealers, sub-dealers, territories and subscription renewals
beIN Sports subscriptions are registered in territories within the MENA region and the dealers in each territory are usually only able to register and renew subscriptions for their own territory. So, a dealer in UAE for example, can only deal with beIN Sports registrations and renewals on subscriptions that were originally registered in the UAE.
This makes sense and in the vast majority of cases, the customer has no problem when renewing their subscription. Problems seem to arise however, when a customer purchases a new receiver and registers a subscription in one territory before moving to another and at the end of their subscription period, wants to renew their subscription. Sometimes, the dealer that they made the original purchase from cannot be traced or contacted. To renew their subscription, the customer must find a dealer from the original territory.
More problems can arise when customers make purchases from sub-dealers. Anyone can become a sub-dealer which is simply a trader in beIN Sports receivers and subscriptions. They purchase their receivers from a dealer in any territory and then rely upon them to supply the subscriptions for those receivers and subsequently to renew them. Sub-dealers purchase their receivers from the dealer who is offering the 'cheapest' price, but they may not be the dealer who is offering the best customer support.
If a problem arises between the dealer and sub-dealer, this may affect the customer who, may not be able to easily renew their subscription, or may find that the price of the renewal is more expensive than they anticipated.

Mohsen, this is the type of problem that can arise when you are buying into the beIN Sports service.
Admin has highlighted some of the problems - there are others. We started supplying satellite equipment and subscriptions in 2010, when the service was called JSC. Since then, many beIN Sports Dealers have come and gone, especially sub-dealers who for any number of reasons, may not be able to supply a continuous service to their customers.
You have 3 options :-
i. Purchase a new receiver from a Dealer in Egypt and let them take care of the subscription for you.
ii. Contact the original dealer in Saudi Arabia and ask them to take care of the subscription for you.
iii. We can take care of the subscription for you, but the cost will be higher for the convenience of engaging our services in sorting out the problem for you.
